This was one of those "why bother mornings." Oil started dumping out of the bottom of my car Sunday afternoon, so it was at the shop. I borrowed my sister's car, but needed to take her to work this morning, so I needed to cut the run a little short. Then, I got to Randy's house and waited until it was evident that he was still sleeping. So I took off on my own, stopping at my house to get the iPod, but I hadn't synced my podcasts, so I had to keep skipping past the old ones. And my Garmin's battery ran out half way through. But I got in four miles and lived to run another day.

A chilly morning run. Felt pretty good, but didn't push myself too hard.

I took the car back to my sister's place and then ran home. It was pretty warm today so I wore shorts and a couple of long sleeve shirts. I should have worn more. I got kind of cold. But it was a nice run and I made up the mileage I lost yesterday morning.

I got up and ran over to Randy's house and waited for a while. He didn't show up. So I took off on my own. About two miles into it he caught up to me. I don't even want to say what time he said he started. With that kind of a head start, I should have at least gotten three miles.

The BYU-Air Force game started at 1:30. So I set the DVR, went for a run and watched the game after a shower. No commercials and a nice win for the Cougs. Woo hoo!
