Sick workout today. It was raining too, so by the end I was soaked and it was lit. 1.25 warm up and then some strides. I was planning on 2x800 and 2x400 but could change it depending on how it went. First 800 was 2:32, got slowed up by a car, maybe would have been a second or two faster. Half mile rest, second 800 was 2:27. First 400 was 1:09 then .25 rest and second was 1:08. I'm really happy with the results of the workout and I'm very confident going into my next time trial. Cool down to 4.75 for the day. |
