AM- Did a bit of a longer morning run today. I could feel my knee very slightly through the first mile or so, then it went away. I am not sure if it just needs to warm up a little bit and it is fine, or if there is another kind of healing process at work. I wanted to make today a little longer than the other days. I need to be running 5 miles in 40min or less by the end of November. I think after today's run I should be fine as long as I can stay injury free. 7:52 7:46 7:44 7:36 and .25 in 1:42 = 7:42 AP PM- Went to the gym and lifted legs and shoulders today. I figured with an off day tomorrow, today was the best day to work out the legs with squats and what not. I am sure I will be SORE tomorrow! |
