Today's run was nice. I went with a couple of soldiers that were still pretty liquored up from the weekend. It is always fun to run them to the dirt on Monday mornings! (Even though it wasn't very fast)

Today was another good run. The same route as yesterday. It is a nice loop and the humidity was pretty much gone today, so the morning run was nice.

Today was a good run. I ran around post today and met Heather and the boys on the track, so I finished my last mile with her. I felt good in the beginning and had a decent pace going. I am not sure what it was, but I felt really good.

Today was a little longer run, but much slower. I wanted it to be more of a recovery, but get a little more distance. Everything felt good. My calves (is that the right spelling for your leg?) are sore, but my mid-foot strike is feeling more and more natural.

Today was a nice run. Feeling pretty good. I ran a little faster today than usual, but it wasn't a problem.
