This morning I woke up early and couldn't fall back asleep so I went out for a run and got 7 miles in before PT. My average pace was a 7:30, a bit slower than I would like. I was hurting the last two miles. Running our here is a little bit more hilly than what I have been running back in Utah, rolling hills that is. Then for PT today we did two miles but in intervals. It was a crossfit workout so we did a bunch of core stuff and then did laps around the track. It was good. I was glad I had a good workout before PT! |
