Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.

A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!

I ran with Heather today and pushed the two boys in our "two-boy" running stroller. This run was more for her than anything and it was a lot of fun to be together as a family. We averaged a 7:40 pace for the run. We had a blast!
