Sounds good to me Colby. Do you ever run on a treadmill? It's a good way to test your limits - knowing that you can hop off at any minute if the pain starts to return.

I just got done with a book called "The Heart and the Fist" by a guy named Eric Greitens. Check it out on Amazon. It's the first book I've read in a while where I was actually underlining and highlighting key passages. Really good stuff.

Hey, I only count one amazing boy in your picture. Isn't it about time for an updated photo?

Hey, welcome back. Looks like you are easing back into it nicely.

Not too shabby Colby.

Joe-Trying to...I am so nervous to start to fast and get this stupid shin injury again

Burt-Thanks pal!

P.S. Rob- I haven't done much treadmill running since I have been back from Afghanistan. I'll check that book out. We will be in Germany for EIB for about two weeks. It may be a good read on my Kindle, and I will get a new picture posted...your right, it's about time!
