Ran two miles at PT test pace. I am still getting back into the swing of things and finished with a 13:30. I started off really slow and booked it at the end. It felt nice to let the legs out a bit. We run it on a 5 lap course, so it is a little different. The first two laps I ran in 6:00 which ends up being a 15:00 two mile pace. The last three laps pulled it together and finished with a 13:30.
From there I just ran two laps on the track at a nice comfortable pace. My GPS died on me on lap one of the two mile, so I didn't get any good info... |
