Morning cross fit workout. 5 rounds of 20 burpies, 20 air squats, 10 double under jump rope, and 20 crunches.
I stayed away from the jump rope because of my leg.
PM: 30 minutes on the eliptical...I am knew to that machine so still getting used to it, but I got a pretty good workout and did a little over 4.5 miles. Occasionally I will get going really fast for about a minute and do that every few minutes. |
