Back at it. I felt kind of sluggish today for the first .50 mile or so. Then things picked up and I was running in the 6:30 range for a few minutes. I was trying to push it that fast, it just felt comfortable. I ended up with a 7:20 average.

I should be able to hit about a 5k a day now. I wanted to take it easier today, but my leg hasn't bothered me at all!

Nice job. Sounds like the trip went well and you got the EIB? If so, congrats. I'm guessing there was some good cross-training going on there!

Hey Joe, yeah got my EIB so at least I have something to show for 10 ridiculous days in Germany. There were some A10s flying around though, that was cool.

A bit of cross training, but our schedules were pretty crazy. How are things going with you lately?

Pretty good, thanks. Just trying to survive running in the summer heat, which I'm sure you know all about! Good to see the miles starting to come back for you.
