Took a week off to try and get healed up. I am convinced that it is sciatic nerve issues. It got so bad this week that I was limping around at work and home. As long as I was sitting down I was ok. Things are improving every day now. I figured that since I will probably eventually end up biking more than running why not invest in a stationary bike now. It will help me get through the winter. Merry Christmas to me early, it came today and since I am well enough to walk around without pain now, I should take it for a spin. I biked for 30 mins while watching some tv. Who needs a gym when I have my own at home now? No pain during or after. Looks like a good way to cross train now on those crappy Logan winter days. Side note: I bought a Pro-Form 290 SPX. Made in Logan at ICON. About a mile from my house. I bought it online of course. It shipped from ICON's wherehouse in Canada back to me (for "free" of course). Back to 1 mile from where it was born. See, you can buy local even online.
