Providence Trail - 

Now completely dark.  Bummer.  At it was clear skies to see the stars.

Providence Star - 

Nice 'n easy.  Took what my body was giving me and ran with it.

AM: Providence Canyon Trail - 

The moon made the headlamp pretty much pointless.  It was awesome!

PM: Green Canyon -

Ran from King Park to the yurt.  Fall leaves were amazing.

Planet Walk 5 nice and easy.  

Hit 2K miles for the year today although only ~1200 are running and ~800 are crosstraining (bike mostly)

Providence Trail -

Nice peaceful morning again today.  I had the trail to myself until a dozen mtn bikers showed up.  How annoying.  At least they were instrumental in building MY trail.  I guess I can share.

Had a full day of activities but I got in a few miles before it all started.  Nothing really noteworthy to report.  It was a trail run.  Who wouldn't love it?

** Decent week.  Things went as planned.  I had some good trail runs and had some fun.  Perfect.
