4 Easy miles to test out the recovery.  Legs are tired and still have a sore spot on the outside of the left knee.  The big issue is the sore throat that is still haunting me.

Landfill Loop plus some un-timed. Ok, now I am worried.  Today the knee thing I have felt since monday (different than the last knee thing) was seriously unhappy.  Hopefully a few more days at reduced mileage and speed will help.

Decided to see what is going on with the leg.  Within a half mile I had a diagnosis.  IT band not happy.  I took a walk break (no pain) and tried another half mile.  It was less painful, but I called it a day at that point.  

On a bright note I did see some sun dogs while out shoveling the snow this morning.   It was cool with this halo all around us and multiple rainbows directly overhead.  This picture doesn't do it justice.
