IT Band is improving. No pain during any activity so far.
Ran to the golf course and ran and walked around their cross crountry skiing course there. They have 2 separate 1 mile loops. I ran a mile then walked a half a few times. Came home and rode the bike for 20 mins.
same 4 miles around the golfcourse. Didn't have to stop and walk today due to pain Thanks Hokas

Golf course loops. It was a bit slick due to fresh snow.
Didnt get out until the kids got to bed in the evening. I went up Prov canyon and also a bit on deer fence. Leg felt good
