Bear 100 tomorrow - Haven't run in forever now and I think I have lost my mind. Not sure how the leg will hold up. Pretty sure that I will be quite broken by Saturday. My hammy is still messed up, my kneecap is doing much better (it almost doesn't hurt now to kneel), and my ITB is happy (cause I have done nothing on it for weeks now). So, its a crapshoot. I am excited though (that is an understatement) and looking forward to running as long as my leg will let me then walking as long as my leg will let me. Goal 1: FINISH at all costs Goal 2: Sub 24 hours (I can do this assuming my leg survives) Goal 3: Beat Hal (in my dreams)
