AM: Deer Fence Loop on the bike - Keeping things chill this morning since I am getting out again this afternoon - 12.5 miles in 62 mins (800' vert)  Had a scary moment when I noticed the front fork lock on my bike was no longer locked.  Luckily my tire stayed on.  Who knows how long it was like that...

PM: Green Canyon with Joe.  I was not feeling to hot but Joe was nice to me.  I worked the downhill as hard as I could work on my turnover.
