Ok, its official.  Thanksgiving is now a mandatory day off.  I am cursed.  Last year I ran a race and got hurt, this year I ran by myself and still got hurt.  The sciatica pain is brutal.  I walk around like a gimp.  Guess, a few days off wont kill me.  What a pain in the butt....literally.

I leave you alone on this blog for a couple weeks and you go off and injure yourself again. And just when I was thinking you were out of the woods.

Where did the sciatica pain come from? That's random. I hope it goes away soon.
