Is it getting cold up there yet? I got my hernia operations over with 10 days ago and I can officially stand up and walk a bit. I have a goal to try to run by mid December. Good to see you putting in good miles. How are you feeling?
I have been watching your progress and can say, I hope I don't have to do that! Not fun.
Things are going pretty good up here in Logan. Weather has been great lately. Pretty wet, but not cold. Temps in the 40's = awesome for november. Come run with us in December when you are healed!
