AM: Still making slow improvements. My legs are about 75% there. Still need more work though. This morning I ran the Providence-River heights loop (8). It seemed like ages since I ran that one last. It was nice and cool (roughly half the temp of my afternoon runs). T-58:05 (7:16) 149 PM: 5.75 with the stroller and Jon pushing his stroller. Hot and slow. Heading out with the family to go swimming.
