Pool running for 45 mins.

Bruise seems to be getting worse.  I can hardly walk today.

Doesnt sound so good. All from your trail run you think?

The bruise on your knee? It is still getting worse? Wouldn't that imply you are somehow aggravating it?

Was it from your trail run or your waterfall adventures?

I am getting pretty "p-o'ed" about it. It is my foot. Different injury than the banging the knee on the rocks (that healed fast). Different than the tendon issue. This is a bump/bruise between my big toe and second toe on the ball of the FOOT. I can't even walk right now. I will be a very unhappy boy if I have to bail out on NWP. That is my only concern right now. I have a week...

Paul is a foot expert...

If you are that worried and have a short timeline, a visit to a podiatrist (sp?) may be in order.

By the way, the title of you blog results in an "Office" banner ad at the top...

From Jon on Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 12:32:52

While mine always says "Meet running singles..." - wonder why. Interesting to see what the ads choose are appropriate your your page. Paul's should be an apple.
