Long Bike Ride-

House to Deer Fence South to Blacksmithfork Canyon.  I battled huge winds but they died down by the time I turned off to Left Hand Fork Canyon.  Classic.  I went to check out Leatham Hollow trail, but found a stream instead.  Bummer.  I only made it half mile or so before I was forced to give up.

PM: 2 Miles of easy running to both check things out and loosen up.  Things went well.  No pain and my tight muscles loosened up a bit as well.  Good sign.  I got home and did 30 mins on the TRX.  Exhausting day.

** Weekly summary 64 miles equivalent - 9550' Vert - 633 mins - 120.75 bike miles, 2 grass, 2 road running miles.  Lots of volume this week.  Next week I will be traveling, so not much will be happening fitness-wise

I love that area! Sounds like a good ride. Good job at staying fit while you are out. All I have done is gotten fat over the last year and a half. Do you ever see old Dan Schulz?

Are the trails to logan peak going to be streams and snow pack like that next week? That should be interesting.

James. Yep. He works in the office next to mine. He is doing WBR right now

Aaron. Count on it. There is rumor of serious course changes this year. Should be interesting.

Course changes? Info, please.

From Predog on Wed, Jun 22, 2011 at 12:38:23 from 24.10.142.244

Course change rumors are true and it sounds like they are significant. Not even a climb to the peak. Map and info should be posted sometime today on the website.
