AM: Pool running for 45 mins (convert to 3 miles). 2 min on 30sec off. Followed by 3.5 miles of running to end of planet walk and back. I felt like I was moving pretty good. Still out of shape, but getting better. Still ramping up slowly...
T- 24:05 (6:53) PM: Ran 5 easy miles with Jon. Great to have some company again. Same old 5 miler on the Planet Walk. This concludes the best training day I have had in a month. Lets hope it wasn't too much. T-39:40 (7:56) 154 |
