AM: Legs were dead again today (no suprise). Out and back on 400W. Great road to run on. No traffic, super wide. I was hoping to beat the snow home. Didn't make it. 3 miles of blinding snow/sleet. I am hopeful that is the last for the year. Knock on Wood...

Hey Codster! That half marathon took its toll on me! I recovered a heck of alot faster from moab than saturdays run. Now Im panicking because I wanted to get more 15 milers in this week. Your looking strong my friend. Keep up the good work!

From Cody on Wed, Apr 09, 2008 at 12:54:10

Its always a delayed effect for me. Maybe if I did a sort of a reverse taper after the half I would recover better.

Don't try and cram in too much training before Boston. You are already ready. Just some minor tweaking left.

Nice run Cody. The weather just doesn't want to cooperate,or even flirt with spring yet. Very nice race this past week , and just enjoy the recovery miles. Oh you can't because of the SNOW!

Gee, I never thought of that... Novel idea though. Equivalent to carrying a sack of potatoes on a stick!

After being up north for the weekend and seeing how winter is still holding on I decided we need to get all the pro-global warming people to move to northern Utah! Then they would shut up about it. We'd most likely start hearing about global-freezing. Let's start some of that propaganda!

From Jon on Wed, Apr 09, 2008 at 14:49:22

Clyde, it is snowing right now... global warming? What global warming?!?
