After a long hard week last week I was ready to get back into the groove this week. Went out into the Knolls and looped through Bloomington Hills before finishing up River Road. I felt o.k at best. Just kind of sloppy in form. But I hope to get out everyday this week and start kind of working into whatever shape I can get in with this hamstring. It was sore this morning... so as you can see after not running all last week that isn't the answer to getting it better. I need a good steam roller to work it over every now and again. |
