Up at 4:40 a.m. for a little nine-mile shake out after a four-day hiatus. Stomach is finally feeling regular again. At least I’m able to eat now without it coming back out within 20 min’s. Calves are a little tight but that’s to be expected after not running for so long. I just want to try and get some good mileage in this week and try and get back into shape. I also want to get one good speed workout in. 8 miles this evening. Went out around 8 p.m after the rain storm. This rain we've been getting is awsome. It sure helps the days cool off. My lower calf's are pretty sore- a little more than normal. I guess I'll have to use the stick and roll them out. Ouch! |
