Up at 3:40 a.m to get a rough run in before we head up to Orem today to watch the Dixie High baseball team play in the state finals. The run totally sucked. I ate like a pig last night so my tummy hurt. Then it was pitch black out on the dirt portions of the run and I was stumbling all over the place. Thats how bad I hate headlamps. I'd rather stumble around than have one squeezing my brain! Anyways got it in but it wasn't pretty.

Sorry Josse I'm home now and just read through this. Actually sorry to me for missing out... I think the next time I'm up there will be for Squaw on the 6th. So I'll have to wait until after.
