6.5 miles to wake up this moring at 5 a.m.

9.7 miles at the track

Morning run was just blah. Going out and running to get in some miles for the day. Evening track workout with Steve and one other guy who's name slips my mind right now. Workout was this 20x 400 at goal of 1:20 or lower with a 200m jogg to recover between each 400.

Warm up one mile

Cool down just over a mile

The disclaimer here is we had a pretty hard headwind to deal with. So all the 1:18's would have been at least 16's and everything else a couple seconds faster too.

1. 1:18

2. 1:18

3. 1:18 (found an easy groove here and hit a lot of 1:18's)

4. 1:16

5. 1:17

6. 1:17

7. 1:18

8. 1:17

9. 1:18

10. 1:16

11. 1:17

12. 1:16

13. 1:18

14. 1:17

15. 1:16

16. 1:18

17. 1:18

18. 1:18 (groovin it)

19. 1:18

20. 1:10 (pushed it to finish up)

Wind Sucks!

Glad to have pushed all of them out. Glad to have stayed under goal of 1:20- ended up being 1:18 or lower. Can tell I might feel this one for a day or so.

Hey clyde! I'll get going a little better next week. Let me know what distances you think I should be running. I have been running between 3 and 5 miles for about the past month almost every day.

You are doing great! Glad to join the fam-blog :)

HI,

I gave Mik'L the long story and so I'll give you the short one and once you see that you'll understand why she did't get that e-mail I tired to send.... well as for the running, any suggestions would be great!
