Out before the sun came up. The temps were cool but very runnable for this time of year. Basically did the DC loop and extended down into Bloomington on the trail then back up to the trail past the truck stop. Slowly got things going this morning and by mile 2.5 I was at a 7:26 avg. Never pushed the pace but kept it honest the rest of the run and finished right at 7:00 before turning into my cul de sac. Good run to start the week. |
