Out and back into B-hills. 55 F this morning and it looks like it wont get much warmer than 60 F all day. Would have been a good day for the race:) My legs felt ok. Quads are still really sore, hammies are fairly sore and calves aren't sore at all. I didn't need to run today for fitness or the legs but more to help with my stomach and regularity. If I don't run each day I get really "off" schedule.
