Morning loop with the guys. Circle of Trust and Steven Abraham Lincoln Hooper Pope and Little Billy boy. 

EZ pace and felt pretty good. Overall just kind of tired. Hoping for a nap today. Weather looks to be warmer though so I'll most likely go work in the yard and garden.

Well because I was fighting of vomit the last 3-4 miles- I was basically getting a cool down. Seems to be helping the recovery:).
