Freeway loop extended down into Bloomington and around Stone Cliff. Was dead the entire run. Having been sick all week and maybe still sick I was just trying to keep my head above water this morning. Saw Logan on his way to work in the little red truck or the LRT. Hit a 7:28 avg and it was everything I had to do it. 

I'll be in Orem this weekend so if anyone wants a Saturday morning run let me know.
