DC loop again but different direction than yesterday. It was 33 here at the house at sun up but on my run as I came around the park at just after 9 there was ice everywhere (on grass, trees and bushes) from the sprinklers. Guess it time for the city to turn off the water... Felt pretty good this morning no watch but a consistent pace.

Have fun on the Grand Canyon run. I'm making the trek up north to cheer on the Tigers. If we get a big lead Jordan might get a chance to get into the game, He is only a sophomore, so next year will be more exciting.

I'm just getting back to running, been out with a really bad ankle injury the last three weeks. I did sign up for Ogden this spring so better figure out how to lose some weight and get in shape.

Thanks man. Good job to Jordan and the football team. It's been a long time coming for those kids and coaches over there.
