Club run tonight. It's been a few weeks since I've been out with the guys and have been missing a good run. We just kept it nice and easy down to the river then up through Washington to the top of GS and then back- I just turned at the gas station and came home so it was a little farther but not much. Hammy is tender but not killing. I just have to keep the pace slow and really watch things for a while before I'm out of the woods. I really miss being in great shape and having the ability to run as hard and far as I want every day... but everything happens for a reason. Right now I'm loving being a daddy and the NCAA basketball tourney helps things out too. It was 86 this afternoon in the back yard!

Hey...

I don't know if I am allowed to make comments on your running blog or not, but I am going to anyway. Hope Myler and Mik'L are doing well. When your lives are normal again (if that is possible) and Mik'L is feeling better I want to come see you. Or maybe you should come up and see us so we don't over whelm you with our little crew. You guys could come up and have dinner with us or something!

Meg of course you can comment on my running blog. I was just thinking the same thing the other day. We really should plan something. So keep something in mind the next little while and we'll try to pull it off.
