B-hills loop. My legs felt somewhat ready to run this morning so I laced them up and headed out. Took it slow and through a mile I was sore but felt like things were loosening up... By mile 2 I should have just stopped. Total death march back around the loop. Legs are still super fatigued and sore. Quads are like JACKED! I guess this will end up being a EZ recovery week and I won't plan on much until next week. Just hoping to get fully recovered by Monday. |
