7.1 miles this morning. Still felt pretty sick. Running with a fever isn't too fun. Started getting really dizzy about 1.3 miles into it. Symptoms seemed to mellow by the end of the run. Got a lot of little issues I need to resolve in the next two weeks. Get over this sickness. Minimize the pain the the groin as much as possible. And get rid of a new pain in my side up under the ribs. This is from a side ache I got in the relay on Saturday. Anytime I get one and continue to run hard it makes the pain last a few days. I think the continued running at pace must bruise the diaphragm or something. Anyways I need to heal it up before the Modesto Marathon in a couple weeks. 8.6- B-hills loop this evening with a little added on on the secret street. Didn't feel too bad. Sickness had improved. Groin pain still around a 4. Side ache pain at around a 5.
