6.5 miles to wake up this moring at 5 a.m. 9.7 miles at the track Morning run was just blah. Going out and running to get in some miles for the day. Evening track workout with Steve and one other guy who's name slips my mind right now. Workout was this 20x 400 at goal of 1:20 or lower with a 200m jogg to recover between each 400. Warm up one mile Cool down just over a mile The disclaimer here is we had a pretty hard headwind to deal with. Glad to have pushed all of them out. Glad to have stayed under goal of 1:20- ended up being 1:18 or lower. Can tell I might feel this one for a day or so. |
