6.5 mile run at 3 p.m. I didn't get out this morning and was busy all day until this afternoon. Felt really good and tried to just stay relaxed before the club run. I just did the standard GS loop before having to go pick Mik'L up and then head to the running store.

9 mile run at 5 p.m with the club. We did the 7 mile loop and then laps around the running store shopping complex to get to 9. I felt pretty trashed on this run.

Sweet picture. Did you do it or Mik'l? One hour break between runs sounds worse than doing it all at once. I often do morning runs and noon runs about 5 hours apart and that seems to be pushing it as far as closeness goes.

Michelle- That was me that wrote it... If it was Mik'L it wouldn't have looked like a 2nd grader did it. It was however about 10ft up and I was standing on a stump.

Clyde its like you wrote it today! See how things like this destroy our environment. lol Im not a tree huggin' environmentalist that seeks to destroy yourself over a tree. But... jk Good to see you still amaze me. lol

Walter- I know, I know. I shouldn't be doing that in trees. Well I've only did it a few times and this tree is miles from any roads. We hiked way up on the Boulder Mt and this was just kind of isolated. I later found it years later out hiking without her.
