20 mile run with Logan this morning. It was cold... sub 20F in STG is cold around here. We got going at 7 a.m just before the sun came up. We ran the same loop I did last week on my 20 miler. So it's 2 laps out to the freeway and around. Hit the first one in 1:11 and the second in 1:06. Not as fast as I ran it last week but we still beat the 7 min guy. My hamstrings were both pretty tight and the coldness just intensified the effect. Anyways nice to finish off 2010 with a solid long run.
