8 miles up the trail and around GS with a short extension at the end. The body was a little beat up from yesterdays ride so there was no roll in my flow today. The hamstring had a small little pinch and was a little worse on the up hills than on flat or down hill. I'm sure that it will be a long time before I can run pain free.

Thanks Clay. I enjoyed In and Out for you last night. It was priceless.

Clyde, lucky mountain bike dog, just bought a new stumpjumper expert, wish I lived in St. George. I looks like a blast.

Love the air time.

Brent- Your new bike sounds pretty sweet. I looked at a stumpjumper expert right before I bought my bike. Not a bad choice at all. You'll have to get it out on the trail... that may involve coming to southern Utah as everything up there is covered in snow.

Scott- This was a mini air shot. I actually got some big air off another jump but I never could get the picture to load. It was too big or something.

You are giving new meaning to your name Superfly - Jimmy Snuka style !

I want to know who took the picture?

From dave holt on Fri, Dec 12, 2008 at 15:44:50

I think we already discussed that last night! That's right Clyde, when you're not there we pick on you too!

From Superfly on Fri, Dec 12, 2008 at 17:05:07

Dustin- my cousin took the picture. That was on the same trail I road the other day but he and I road it the week of Thanksgiving.

Dave- I think we all take a little.... Steve more than others.

We are going to run 12-15 tomorrow morning over at the Bear Paw trailhead. If you guys want to meet at my house at around 7:15 I'll drive over. Other wise Steve will be there at 7:30.

Unless you guys came up with something last night.
