My wife will not be happy if and when she finds out I ran today... and ran this far. But I just needed it. I needed it more mentally than the pain hurt physically. Put the Hokas on and headed out nice and EZ. Didn't have a plan on mileage just had about 80 min's before I had to get off to pick up Myler. So I basically used my time. At the cut off for 5 miles I just said I'd go to 6.6. Then at the 8 mile cut I just couldn't turn and headed out around the full DC loop. Felt pretty good all things considered. Shoulder always hurts so running doesn't seem to make it hurt worse. But could slow the healing as the goal is to pull the arm up so the clavicle can reattach. But I just tried to keep my shoulder pulled up to my ear while running. IDK. Hip hurt but was runnable. No sharp pain just a dull one throughout the run.

I told my wife and Dr. Prince just yesterday that I'd try not to run on it... and if I did I wouldn't go any more than 5 miles. Oops.

Things'll come around. Hopefully the run helped today mentally.
