Great run this morning with the lads. We ran up above the freeway on the Church Rocks trail system that runs north of Coral Canyon just as you come into Utahs Dixie. It was an amazing morning. A little cool at first but blue skies and no wind. It had rained and made all the sand nice and firm so the trail was in the best shape possible. It was cool to discover some new trails up in the red rocks. Legs felt great the entire run which was good with all the hills and sand.
