8 miles real early this morning. I woke up at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep so after tossing and turning for what seeed to be forever I got out of bed at 4:45 and went out. I've got a big day planned with everything else in life so I may not get any more in today- and if so not much.

Didn't get back out. Just drained by the end of the day and I'm starting to get a little cold or flu. So I'm in bed by 8 p.m tonight.

Way too early for lights I agree, I've seen a few up already here in La Verkin. I've never been much of a lights person, I tell my kids we can just sit down and watch Chevy Chase in Christmas vacation and enjoy his experience with lights. Actually, I guess I should try to put some up some year, but it won't be until it is actually Christmas time. Sounds like wrestling is already into full swing.

You always have a new picture and they are always good ones. My pictures always suck! People mistake me for Billy Mills or make fun of my tongue being out. I'll have to work on my running poses for next time.

I don't get into the Christmas thing (spirit) until about two to three weeks before. When people start playing Christmas music and putting up lights before Halloween you know there are issues.

James - I would love to be mistaken for Billy Mills (but maybe just for the speed!)
