Pushed Myler on a little fields/ Little Valley run. The temps are simply amazing. This why I live in STG... for this stuff. I just can't get enough of being outside right now. Anyways the run was good with a slight pain in the hammy. I'll have Mik'L roll it out tonight with the stick.

have you ever used the stick for knots in calves? I have these knots (I guess thats what they are) in my upper calves, trigger points on a roller or with a stick.... do you think I should try to roll them out? any experience with that?

Yeah I roll the knots out in the calves. But they are very sensitive. Sometimes getting a massage helps speed the process up. But again it hurts too. Try some different calf stretching positions too.

thanks, the calves are a big concern to me right now. feel like I am on the edge of reinjuring something. I think a massage is the ticket. see you in about 18 days, my calves willing!
