1 hour spin class where I road for 19.8 miles. 20 min's warm-up on the elliptical before spin class. Another good solid non- running workout. That will be all- as tomorrow I'll be back to running again. My legs are still totally sore from the lifting workout on Wednesday. So the spin class was that much harder. I tried to push myself and keep the resistance up as much as possible. Other than my legs being so sore prior to the class- the class it's self was a blast. Steve O. does a excellent job with the instruction and keeping everyone in there working. I'll hit another wrestling workout this afternoon. Not as intense as yesterday. Just the core workout stuff today. |
