7 miles this morning. Mik'L came along on the bike and we did an out and back in GS. It was 59 degrees this morning at my house- the first time since last spring that it has been in the 50's. Not too much more to report today.

(Red Stratus- 505.5)

5 easy miles this afternoon. For how cool it was this morning it sure felt warm this afternoon. I'm excited to do the big workout tomorrow morning so I can work off some of this back fat I put on over the weekend.

Perfect weather for shorts and a singlet.

No wonder I didn't get any of the good stuff before it was gone!

Clyde what do you think were looking at for race day temp for the SGM, that is if I still go? I'm thinking about canceling, but I would still like to have an idea.

Michelle- You have to get the good stuff fast. The Key Lime was amazing.

Kory- I'm not sure about the temps on race day. Most likely it will be around 35-40 up at the start and then a high of around 85 or so down in town in the middle of the day. The temps in STG are very consistent year after year so it should be just "peachy" - but anything can happen.
