Stone Cliff/ DC loop. 80 F when I left the house at 6:30. August seems to be dragging... The run was pretty good for a Monday. I held a solid pace throughout. The garmin died .7 into the run and then just kept beeping for about 5 miles before totally kicking the bucket. I've got to charge that thing everyday.... Ugh! I wish I would have gotten something other than the 405. Live and learn homeboy. 

5.5 miles around the inner B-hills loop at 4:30. 100+ outside but seemed better than last time I did this in the afternoon. Got home and mowed the lawn and then was really burned and dehydrated.

Nice run Clyde! Before you know it Oct 2nd will be here. I actually feel like it's going fast. Maybe it's because I want to hit the lower 170's and time is ticking away. By the way, I am eating lunch while I am blogging this:)
