DC loop. 82 F to start out this morning. Didn't seem too bad because the sun was hidden by the clouds... but about 8 miles into the run I was dead. Just seemed really hard to run this morning and the ankle was as sore as it's been in about 3 weeks. Sigh...

Not sure I'll be doing any tempo as just getting through the run is pushing it. If you guys want to meet I'll start with ya during the warm up. But if not no worries.
