I was pretty sore all day yesterday and woke up just as sore or worse. So I wasn't sure I was even going to go on a run. I decided to head out and if at any point it started to feel horrible I'd turn around or walk back. However it felt better running than it does walking around the house (which is the case most of the time with running soreness). So I did the Bloomington loop just smooth and easy. Tried to run with good form and land soft the whole time. No watch so I'm not sure how slow it was but it felt pretty slow. |
