14.6 miles on the elliptical in 60 min's. 4 miles on the stationary bike in 10 min's. A good little workout this morning. I'm really antsy to run now that I know it's a soon to be option. No wonder people join the gym and then really never go. I've found it hard to be motivated to go hit the elliptical and it's only three days into it. Sure there are other activities but everything is stationary and very boring. I decided it takes less effort for me to go run my 12 mile morning loop that it does to kick out 90 min's on the elliptical. Didn't get out again this afternoon. We spent hours riding around and at the new office getting things ready for our open house (at the new office) on Friday. Plus I wanted to give myself the afternoon/evening off to get ready to fully run Friday morning. I made sure to grease up all the joints at In-and-Out Burger for dinner.
