Missed you today. Hope that leg gets feeling better - my advice (and it is no science!) would be to just take the day all the way off and accept being goosed. That way you are basically giving your injury three days off and can get back to it on Monday. Sometimes that FULL weekend rest really heals up those things before they get big.
